Paul is a fully qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer. Having served a number of years in one of the world’s most elite units of the military, The Parachute Regiment and Special Forces Support Group, he has always had a passion for training. Whilst serving, Paul had to ensure he was always at the peak of his physical fitness, being prepared at all times to be able to operate anywhere in the world, truly adhering the Para motto of ‘Ready for Anything’.
Whilst Paul’s training style is far from ‘military’, his experience has taught him how to get results. Friendly and approachable, Paul’s main aim is to help you achieve your goals, pushing you out of your comfort zone and making training part of your way of life.
