is the motto we live by here at FE Fitness. We truly believe that with the right encouragement, guidance and motivation, anyone can achieve their fitness goals, whatever they may be.
Fitness is a widely used word and its meaning can vary for different people. Whether fitness to you is running around the garden with the kids or running a marathon, losing weight or building strength and muscle, we are here to help you get where you want to be.
We provide a regular weekly boot camp, held both mornings and evenings throughout the week so that you can find time to fit it into your busy schedule. We are based at the Parkfield Sports Club in Wimblington. The facilities here enable us to run the sessions outdoors whatever the weather, with shower facilities available for you to freshen up before you leave.
If you prefer a more one to one or small group approach, we also provide a personal training service. This can be held at your home, in the gym or even the park, wherever is most comfortable and convenient for you!
We are sure that whichever way you choose to train, getting off the sofa or out of the gym and training with us is going to get you the results you want! We don’t have tv screens, numerous machines or controllable room temperatures but we do know how to keep changing things up with raw and effective training, always encouraging you to adapt and overcome!!
